Biweekly Timesheet Calculator
Enter two weeks of clock-in and clock-out times on a 14-day card. Each day has its own week label and unpaid-break field, so a Monday in week one stays separate from Monday in week two. The total combines both weeks and can be copied as hours and minutes or decimal hours. Weekly overtime is disabled here because a threshold across the whole card cannot represent a separate rule for each week.
This card totals two weeks of hours. Weekly overtime is off: calculate each week separately on the main Hours Calculator to apply a weekly threshold. An 80-hour threshold across two weeks is not equivalent.
| Day | In | Out | Break | Hours | Remove row |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Times can be written as 9:00, 9am, 17:30, 5:30 pm or 0930. An out time earlier than the in time is the next morning, so 22:00 to 06:00 counts as 8:00. The break is minutes by default, and 0:45 works too. On a small screen, scroll the table sideways to see every field.
No shifts yet. Enter a start time and an end time on any row, like 9:00 and 17:30, and the hours appear here.
Common questions
- How do I subtract lunch on a two-week timesheet?
- Enter the unpaid lunch duration in the Break column on each day. A plain 30 means 30 minutes; 0:45 means 45 minutes. From 9:00 to 17:30 with a 30-minute lunch, one row contributes 8:00. Add all unpaid breaks for that shift before entering the value.
- Does this calculate biweekly overtime or pay?
- It totals work hours, not wages. Weekly overtime is disabled because 45 hours in one week and 35 in the next must not be treated as though each week had 40. Use the main Hours Calculator separately for each week to compare against a weekly threshold. Daily threshold counting is optional and still uses each distinct day label.
- Can I use military time or work past midnight?
- Yes. Entries such as 0930, 09:30, 5:30 pm and 17:30 are accepted. An out time earlier than the in time is the next day, so 22:00 to 06:00 contributes eight hours before breaks. Equal times count as zero, and a clock-only row does not adjust for daylight saving.
- Can I add more than one shift on a day?
- Use Add row and give the added row the same label as that day, for example Week 1 Mon. Its hours join the daily total. Use different labels for different dates, or daily threshold counting will group them together.
- Is the time card saved or available as a spreadsheet?
- The two-week card is saved locally in this browser, separately from the main hours card. Copy the hours summary to transfer results. There is no Excel export, employee database, automatic clock-in or payroll integration.
Exact time arithmetic: minutes are counted, then shown as hours and minutes and as decimal hours. Overtime here is a count of hours over a threshold you set; what any hour is paid is not part of this tool.
