OSRS XP Calculator
Enter current XP or a level threshold, choose a target, and compare experience gaps. Supply your own XP-per-hour and XP-per-action rates for arithmetic estimates, then save goal scenarios side by side.

Build an XP goal
XP inputs accept whole numbers from 0 to 200,000,000; levels accept 1–99. A level means its starting XP threshold. Each input mode retains its own entry, so switching modes selects that entry rather than converting your XP.
Supply your own constant rates. Blank or zero means no estimate. Positive rates accept up to six decimal places and 1,000,000,000,000. Whole action counts round upward. These are arithmetic scenarios, not recommendations about how to train.
Standard levels 1–99 from the RuneLite XP-curve snapshot retained September 21, 2026. Levels are capped at 99. Time and actions use only your supplied constant rates; actual progress can vary. Unaffiliated fan tool. Calculation inputs stay in your browser.
Common questions
- How much XP is required for levels 2 and 99?
- The standard curve starts level 1 at zero XP, level 2 at 83 XP and level 99 at 13,034,431 XP. The calculator displays all 99 thresholds from a RuneLite reference snapshot retained September 21, 2026.
- How are current levels found?
- The highest standard threshold at or below current XP determines the level. Thus 82 XP is level 1, 83 XP is level 2, and 13,034,430 XP is level 98. Inputs may reach 200,000,000 XP, but displayed levels stop at 99 and virtual levels are not inferred.
- What does level input mean?
- A supplied level means the exact starting XP threshold for that level. It does not include partial progress within the level. XP and level input modes each retain their own entry. The progress bar shows advancement through the current standard level independently of your chosen target.
- How are time and action estimates calculated?
- Remaining XP is max(0, target XP minus current XP). Divide it by your supplied XP/hour for hours, or divide by XP/action and round up for whole actions. Current 1,000 XP and target 1,154 XP leave 154 XP; at 77 XP/hour that is two hours, and at ten XP/action it is sixteen whole actions.
- What happens with missing rates or an already reached goal?
- Blank or zero rates produce no estimate. Positive rates support six decimal places. A target at or below current XP shows goal reached and zero remaining; with a positive supplied rate, the corresponding time/action result is zero. Actual progress can vary from the constant-rate assumption.
- Can I save and export multiple goals?
- Save up to 50 scenario snapshots in page memory, load copies, remove rows or undo the last list change. CSV includes all saved assumptions and exact hour fractions, or the current scenario if none is saved. TXT and copy contain the current calculation. Export before leaving; there is no account or automatic storage.
- Where does the experience table come from?
- The pinned RuneLite Experience.java reference, its copyright notice and BSD-2-Clause license are distributed with the tool. The locally hosted 1,865-byte threshold snapshot is fetched only when you click Load XP table, verified by SHA-256 and checked against the standard curve. A failed load or integrity check shows an error without substituting another source. This is an unaffiliated fan tool with no hiscores, game prices or training-method recommendations.
