Reorder PDF Pages with Previews

Change the page order in one PDF, remove unwanted pages and download a revised copy. This page opens Reorder mode. Review the thumbnails and use each page’s earlier or later button to move it; Undo last edit reverses the most recent move, removal or turn.

Files stay on this device. Up to 20 files, 50 MiB total and 500 pages. Choosing files replaces the current workspace.

Pages are copied across with their own size, rotation and content intact, so a merged document keeps each page as it was. It reads the page structure, not the text: an encrypted or malformed file is refused by name rather than partly read.

Common questions

Can I reorder without dragging?
Yes. Each page has earlier and later buttons, plus Remove. Undo restores the previous page sequence.
Does the document leave my browser?
No. The PDF is read, previewed and exported on your device.
How do I rearrange pages and save the new order?
Choose one PDF, use the earlier and later buttons beside its page thumbnails, then press Create PDF and download the result. The preview numbers show the output positions; each tile also names its source page. The arrows support keyboard and touch, without needing drag-and-drop.
Can I remove pages or reorder pages across several PDFs?
Remove excludes a page from the output and Undo last edit can restore it. To combine pages from several PDFs, switch to Merge and choose all source PDFs together; the same page controls work across their combined sequence. Selecting new files replaces the current workspace.
Can it automatically sort pages by bookmarks or detect blank pages?
It does not sort by bookmarks or page text. The order changes only when you move pages. For blank-page suggestions and bulk page selection, use PDF Page Organizer; you review the suggested pages before removing them.
What happens with large files or documents with forms?
The workspace accepts one PDF up to 500 pages and 50 MiB for this mode. Previews appear in groups of 60; use Previous pages and Next pages to reach the rest. Page content is copied without rasterization, while document-level forms, bookmarks and signatures are not guaranteed to survive.
