vCard QR Code Generator
This page opens on a single contact card. Replace the example with your own name, organization, phone and email, then preview the QR code and download it as PNG or SVG. The contact details are stored directly in the code; there is no hosted profile, redirect or scan tracking service.

Reading the code back.
A logo is optional. It covers modules in the middle of the code, so each code is read back with the logo in place before it can be saved.
Worked examples
- decoded by an independent reader, identical
- 500 uniquely named files, a repeat gets -2, -3 in row order
- kept only if it reads back, otherwise marked failed
Common questions
- What happens when someone scans a vCard QR code?
- A compatible scanner reads the contact details and usually offers to add them to an address book. The phone and scanner decide the exact prompt. Test your downloaded code with the phones you expect people to use.
- Can I change the details after printing the code?
- No. This is a static vCard containing the details you entered. Edit the contact and generate a new code when the details change.
- Can I generate contact QR codes from a spreadsheet?
- Yes. Switch to Bulk, keep Contact selected, and map the CSV or Excel columns to the contact fields. Review the planned rows before downloading the ZIP.
- Can I add a logo?
- Yes. Add a logo and keep the quiet border clear. The generator reads the rendered code back before allowing download, but you should still test the final print size with a real camera.
Each code holds your text or link itself, with no redirect in between, so it never expires and no scan is counted. Every code is read back by a separate decoder before it can be downloaded, with a quiet zone of at least 4 modules; a logo covers modules and lowers readability, so a code that fails the read back is marked failed, and one that passes here can still fail on some cameras. Payment codes (UPI, bank transfer, crypto and merchant payment formats) are refused.
