168. Seven days of 24 hours is 7 × 24 = 168, so one week is 168 h, two weeks are 336 h and four weeks are 672 h. Dividing by that figure is the whole conversion: 84 hours comes back as 0.5 weeks, 120 hours as 0.714285714286 weeks and 840 hours as 5 weeks. Is a week here 168 hours or a 40-hour working week?

How many weeks are in a month of hours?

It depends on the month, because months are not a whole number of weeks. A 30-day month is 720 hours, which this page reports as 4.28571428571 weeks, and a 31-day month is 744 hours, or 4.42857142857 weeks. Only a 28-day February lands exactly on 672 hours and 4 weeks. There is no month unit in the Time list for the same reason: a month has no fixed length, so it cannot carry a single factor. Why is a year not exactly 52 weeks?

Because 52 weeks are 8,736 hours and a 365-day year is 8,760, which this page reports as 52.1428571429 weeks: the extra day is the reason a date moves forward one weekday each year. The Year unit in the list under the answer is the Julian year of 365.25 days, which is 52.1785714286 weeks, so it runs slightly longer again. The converter holds factors rather than a calendar and cannot tell a leap year from a common one.
