Binder support
Binder is a manual bill organizer for iPhone and iPad, with reminders, a calendar, household sharing, lists and notes.

Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, Binder version and what happened. Please leave out account numbers, bank credentials and private household records.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Binder subscriptions use Apple In-App Purchase. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions and choose Binder. You can also open Apple’s subscription management page.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to stop the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Current prices, renewal terms and any eligible trial appear before purchase.
Restore purchases
Use the Apple Account that made the purchase, open Binder’s Settings and choose Restore purchases. Make sure your device is connected to the internet. If access does not return, email the developer with the result shown in the app.
Request a refund
Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase and follow Apple’s refund request process.
Household sharing and sync
Invitations are private. The organizer chooses view or edit access through People & access. Each participant needs an iCloud account and available iCloud storage. Check connectivity and reopen Binder to let it sync. Background updates may take time.
Joining a household opens a separate binder. It does not share your other households. Removing access cannot remove a copy someone has already saved or exported.
Check reminder settings
Check the bill’s reminder timing and allow Binder notifications in your device’s Settings. A shared bill must sync to a device before that device can schedule the updated reminder.
Payment records and backups
Marking a bill paid records your action. Binder does not pay the bill or confirm the payment with your bank. Verify important payment details with the biller.
You can export a household backup, payment CSV or saved PDF from Settings. Keep a backup before removing the app. If Pro ends, your existing records remain accessible and editable; free limits apply to new additions and restores.
