Point your camera at a barcode and the item pops up with its count. One tap records a sale, a use or a restock. No barcode? Type a name, or print labels.
02 / A history you can trust
Each change is saved with its reason, who made it and the count after it. Undo is one tap. Weekly counts show what the sheet said and what you found.

Set a warning level for each item. Low items gather in your restock tray, you send the order list to your supplier, and hold to receive when it arrives.

Makers, small shops, resellers, cafés and trades vans: anyone who keeps physical stock in a back room, a shop floor, a market bin or a van.

Tap the yellow scan button, allow the camera, and point it at the barcode. Known items pop up with their count; new codes ask you to name the item once.
Type its name when you add it, or print a label sheet from Reports → Barcode labels and stick the codes on your shelves or products.
Tap Undo on the message that appears after any change. Every change also stays in the item's history with its reason.
Pick a count day in Settings. On that day Binmoro walks you through each item. Nothing changes until you finish, and every difference is saved as a Recount you can review.
Settings → Share with your team → Invite people. People you invite join through iCloud and don't need their own subscription.
Install Binmoro, sign in to the same Apple Account, and tap "Already have a subscription? Restore". Your stockroom comes back from iCloud.
iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Binmoro. Your stockroom stays visible and exportable after it ends.
