Binmoro Terms of Use
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Acceptance
By downloading or using Binmoro: Inventory Tracker (“Binmoro”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Binmoro is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”). These terms add details specific to Binmoro; where they conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA controls. Binmoro is operated by Harsh Patel.
What Binmoro is
Binmoro is a record of the physical stock you keep. You add items, scan or enter quantities and record why they change. Binmoro shows counts, warning levels, restock lists, forecasts and reports from what you entered.
What Binmoro is not
- Binmoro is not accounting, tax, point-of-sale or legal software. It does not file taxes, process payments, place orders with suppliers or connect to stores or banks.
- Counts, values, forecasts and reports are only as accurate as what you and your team enter. Check them against a physical count before relying on them, for example for taxes, insurance or disputes.
Your content
The items, counts, notes, photos and files you create belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. It stays on your device unless you subscribe (which turns on private iCloud sync), share your stockroom with people you invite, or export or share it.
Subscription and access
- What a subscription unlocks: scanning, recording changes, counting, restocking, adding items, team sharing and labels.
- Before you subscribe: you can set up your stockroom and try recording changes.
- Without a subscription: after setup, or after a trial or subscription ends, everything you entered stays visible and exportable. Recording new changes needs a subscription.
- Changes to the app: we may change features in future versions. Records you already created remain yours.
Subscriptions
- Plans: Binmoro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly ($9.99 per month) or yearly ($59.99 per year) in the United States. Prices vary by country and region; the exact price is shown in the app and in Apple’s purchase sheet before you buy.
- Trials and offers: some people may be offered a free trial or a one-time introductory price, such as half price for the first year. When an offer applies, its length, its price and the renewal price after it are shown beside the purchase button and confirmed by Apple. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Billing and renewal: payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancelling: manage or cancel anytime in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Team members: people you invite to your stockroom use it under your subscription and do not need their own.
- Refunds: Apple handles billing and refunds. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We never receive your payment card details.
Acceptable use
- Use Binmoro only for lawful record keeping.
- Invite only people you trust with your stockroom; they can see and change it.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the app, bypass subscriptions, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
Availability and changes
Binmoro is provided “as is” and may contain bugs or interruptions. Keep an export of records that matter to you. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the app. If these terms materially change, we will update this page and the date above, and the app may ask you to acknowledge them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harsh Patel is not liable for lost data, incorrect counts, stock shortages, tax or business outcomes, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Binmoro. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Binmoro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
