Pocket support
Pocket Tip Tracker is a shift income log for iPhone and iPad. Record cash tips, card tips, tip-outs, wages and hours, and see your take-home and hourly earnings add up.
Contact the developer
For help, feature requests, privacy questions or legal notices, email Harsh Patel at harshp.build@gmail.com, or tap Send feedback in Pocket’s Settings.
Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, Pocket version (shown at the bottom of Settings) and what happened. Please leave out your amounts and workplace details unless they are needed to explain the problem.
Restore purchases
Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account that bought Pocket Pro, then open Pocket’s Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure your device is online. If Pro does not return, email the developer with what the app showed.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Pocket Pro is billed by Apple. In Pocket, open Settings and tap Manage subscription, or open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Pocket. You can also open Apple’s subscription page. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period or any free trial ends to avoid the next charge. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
When Pro ends, every saved shift stays. You can still read and edit your history, see week and month insights, export CSV, make backups and use reminders and iCloud sync.
Request a refund
Apple handles refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase and follow Apple’s steps.
iCloud sync and a new device
Turn on Private iCloud sync in Pocket’s Settings on each device. It is off until you turn it on. Use the same Apple Account, with iCloud Drive on and free storage available, then open Pocket online and give it a moment. If the same shift was edited in two places, Pocket keeps both versions and asks which to keep.
You can also move your records without iCloud: in Settings, tap Prepare a full backup, share the file, and use Import a Pocket backup on the other device. Importing merges by shift, so nothing is overwritten.
Reminders not arriving
Check Shifts and reminders in Pocket’s Settings, allow notifications for Pocket in iOS Settings, and make sure a Focus mode is not silencing them. If reminders follow a work calendar, Pocket needs calendar access and events with end times on the calendar you picked.
Export your earnings
In Settings, tap Export CSV or PDF, pick dates and workplaces, and share the file. CSV export is included on the free plan; PDF reports come with Pro. Pocket totals what you enter, so check them against your pay stubs before using them for taxes or applications.
Delete your data
Open a shift and tap Delete shift to remove it. Deleting the app removes every record stored on that device. If you turned on iCloud sync, remove Pocket’s iCloud data in Settings, then your name, iCloud, Manage Storage. To stop analytics, turn off Share anonymous usage in Pocket’s Settings. To delete analytics data, email the developer with roughly when you installed Pocket and your device model.
